Our regular Veterinary Doctors were out due to having a baby. My 11 1/2 year old boy started having issues that we thought were just arthritis with his age.. but he got worse, so I called around to try to get him in. Good Shepherd could get him in within an hour of calling them. The WHOLE Office staff stepped right in to help with my boy's situation! I really appreciate them! I feel they can handle any situation for your fur babies and other pets! They were very professional yet compassionate!

I want to thank you for all that you did for me and my baby yesterday. Especially for not judging me because I'm homeless . Also your kind words to me . I'm glad to report he is up and walking around just fine this morning but still a little loopy from the pain meds.

Staff member insinuated that I lied about the medication I recevied today for my dog. When I got home and opened the bottle, the Meds were wet and ticks in the bottom of the bottle. I returned to the office an hour later and show the staff. They insinuated that the medication did not leave their office like that. Hummmmm.
