The vets and staff here are so nice and caring. They got my dog in the same day when he was very sick and my regular vet couldn't. I will be taking my other pets there when needed. Have now been taking my pets here for over 2 years. The vets and staff are wonderful. Great with my fur kids and very thorough. They take time to explain everything and answer all your questions. I would recommend them to anyone with a furry family member. January 2023 As usual, fantastic service. My senior little dog has had cardiac and respiratory problems, and thorough diagnostics were done to diagnose his problems. All in-house testing is further reviewed by cardiologists, radiologists, radiologist, etc and reported back. Dr Stoehr and her staff go above and beyond to care for your pet. As a former Vet Tech, I can truly say the services here are top-notch, and I recommend them to all my family, friends, and clients. March 2023 As always, great service and caring staff. Doing great diagnostics for my little guy's heart issues. May 2026 Still fantastic! Our 17-year-old cat made it through pancreatitis here and developed diabetes. A year later, she is now 18 and still going strong thanks to the doctors here. All of our other pets are also doing well, thanks to all the routine care and commitment of the doctors and staff. So happy we found this clinic. They go above and beyond to help your pet. They also have a large animal vet if you are in need of that.

This all started with a simple cut on the end of his tail due to having happy tail syndrome. We took him in to his vet in elm grove. And they shaved it and told is wrap it with this tape and use a pool noodle to keep it from getting hit on stuff. Well he kept aggressively wagging his tail kept knocking it off so we told them and they said try wrapping further up the tail and making the pool noodle longer we did that. Made the wrap snug enough it wasn't easy to get off but could still get it off. Was given antibiotics and everything. Well after several visits they blamed us for it getting worse said we did it wrong and did that wrong and after doing exactly whay they said. I took him this morning to get looked at instead of waiting 4 week like they wanted. And they told us that his tail looked better and that it was improving. Disagreed. We called other vets explaining the situation showed photos of it. And they also said that is not very good. So after arguing with his current vet. They finally asked what i wanted and I said I wanted it fixed and fixed right. They said they could amputate it if thats what I wanted so they did. But It turned out that the infection was a lot worse than what they realized and it was a more complicated amputation due to the infection. So now poor man had a 2 foot long tail to maybe a 8inch long tail. So please choose your vets wisely and i would steer clear of this vets office. The two receptionist are amazing and helpful but the actual vets are horrible.
