I've taken my pets to this vet for years. I had my dog on doggy hospice who had cancer. I went there today to have my cat looked at who was having a medical emergency and the girl who was working the counter was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed she could not find my account but eventually found it. She then said that I did not have an account because my pet hadn't been seen for a while and the pet that I was bringing in was never seen. She said they were not taking any new patients and turned me away. If that is the case that is fine but her rude facial expressions and passive aggressive attitude were completely unnecessary when I was dealing with a crisis. Have some compassion for those coming in. I dealt with her in the past and she was very rude then, as well. It's a shame because I like doctor radcliff but that staff member is bad for business.

I just sent a very long text regarding all the wonderful and loving care you extended to me and my loving Shiyorkie. Sadly, he had to be put to sleep last March 24, 2024. The most heartbreaking part is Patrick Vereb Cremation and Funeral Home did not cremate him, sent the wrong ashes and Shiyorkie's little body rotted away in a garbage bag at a landfill. Thank you for all your loving and special care you gave my Shiyorkie. God bless you always. Darla McCall P.S. Charges were filed on Patrick Vereb by the Attorney General's Office a court case will finally be on January 22, 2026
