One of the best vet’s I’ve been to. They’re all super sweet, considerate of things going on, and want what’s best for your animal. they’re also reasonably priced! I’ve never seen my dog actually happy to go back to somewhere that sticks him with needles and stuff. They did clean his ears out and he’s had a grudge against them since.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Palmer, Breagan and all the staff at Vienna Vet Clinic. They are truly caring, compassionate, and patient every single visit. They take their time, they listen, and they never make you feel rushed or unheard. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and treat every pet as if they were their own. Their kindness and attention to detail give me complete confidence that my fur babies are getting the best care possible. We are truly lucky to have Dr Palmer as our vet and just as lucky to have the entire team supporting our pets with such care!

This might be a great vet office but they have no desire to assist a disabled veteran who has a service dog due to a disability from the war. I explained to them i have pet insurance through the Department of Veteran Affairs that will give them a credit card number over the phone and was told they could not do that because they do not have a insurance department in their practice. What's the difference if I give them a credit card or if they get one over the phone. There is no discount on the bill. Whatever they charge they get oaid.

Only experienced one of other vet clinic before coming here. I wish we went here from the beginning. We had an older cat with health issues and worked with them for just about a year. We love this office, the staff, techs and vet are great and they deserve to be recognized. They help treat our cat till we unfortunately had to put our cat down. They are amazing from day one to the last visit. Going through our final visit they really cared for us as the pet owner and our cat. Offered full service for everything you would need for helping your pet cross the rainbow bridge. If you are in the area I would highly recommend to take your pet there. To the Vienna Vet Clinic, we truly appreciate your service to us and our cat. Couldn't have asked for more from you and your awesome staff! 5/5
