I was really impressed with the service here. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The vet tech (I did not catch her name) was very kind and patient with my timid cat. Dr. Huddle was thorough and informative. She clearly explained every step of treatment, what medicine she was administering and why, etc. You can tell the staff here really loves what they do. Now my girl is back to normal. :)

It is needless to say I won't be taking my dog back to this horrible vet hospital again. This place is way over priced .The doctor wouldn't listen to me about her eye infection. She said it was just allergies. It isnt just allergies when she hasca smelly discharge and its had pink and white in her eye coulded up. Now im told shes being put on a eye ointment. No drops along with it or antibiotic. When I had to be the one diagnosing my own dog. I really shouldn't be charged for the ointment. When my dogs problem didn't get taken serious. Plus ,I had to act as the doctor to do the diagnosing about her having a infection. I also asked how much for nails being cut. Freaking 40 dollars ??? Omg you guys kidding me ??? I was thinking highway robbery. It dont take that much to get my own nails cut. Its 800 dollars for the full check up oh my im sorry some of us are not rich 😔
