turned me and my cat away for having our dog checked out and examined at a different vets office for no logical reason other than our dog wasnt being checked out at their office last i checked owners have a choice of where they choose to take their animals not the other way around. edit: see the excuse they are making down below again last i checked the pet owners decide where they take their pets and where they get vetrinary care

My experience with this practice: My two year old Golden Retriever died of kidney failure caused by Lyme disease. The vet specifically recommended for my second puppy that the Lyme vaccine (stating he gives it to "pretty much any dog that wags its tail") with tick meds to prevent this from happening in the future, yet he never administered that vaccine to my dog in the two years under his care. This oversight was a failure to provide necessary defense against a fatal illness. Questioning again, why he didn't recommend the vaccine. Additionally, I raised concerns at two separate appointments that my other 3 month old puppy was not gaining weight. I was told he looked "fine." Turns out, he had worms. After over the counter treatment, the puppy is now gaining weight rapidly. Lastly, when I decided to switch vets due to these reasons and called to request my puppy's immunization records, he was hostile and nasty. The vet then stated he would never see any of my pets ever again, even in an emergency, and would flag my chart because I was "switching vets for the second time." The only time I went to another vet was when he instructed me to take my dog that had not eaten in five days to an emergency vet because he had no availability to see him. Otherwise, his office preformed all treatments. Although the staff were supportive during the difficult process of putting my dog down, their later response to a simple records request was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this practice and hope others seek care elsewhere.

Today was the most humiliating few minutes of my life when a 1st visit to this "SO CALLED VETERINARIAN" was so uneducated as far as I'm concerned..first you stand outside after you call when you get there when he comes out to get you, you go in and he.is the only person there..NO HELP!! = MONEY HUNGRY what ever he is...my dog needed his yearly shots along with an allergy shot since he has been suffering for 4 days now,he was very rude stating he cant do ANYTHING for "the dog" unless he knows what's going on with him WELL HELLO!!! A VETERINARIAN that can't help my poor dog without records sent to him and then go to some other clinic to have alot of tests done.. he made ME pick up my dog of 41 lbs knowing at my age it would be very hard for me..I.have spinal problems and lifting is really out of my league at this point..all he did was speak to me in a very cold matter of fact way to me that is "NOT PROFESSIONAL" he looked at his fur and I told him where he is digging and chewing his feet and legs down to irritated skin..I mentioned the allergy shots of choice that my dog had last and that one was better than the other..HE HAS NEVER HEARD OF THEM BEFORE nothing not even prednisone...the man has no mercy, no compassion just NO feelings at all..very cold attitude, I have been to many vets in my time,some better than others but the man who calls himself a "VETERINARIAN" WAS TOTALLY OUT OF HIS LEAGUE.. And to top it off...he charged me 65.00 for NOTHING!! MAYBE EVERYONE ELSE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT I DID NOT.AND O LY THERE APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES..I'M APPALLED
