Told me I wasn’t a fit customer that I should find my animal needs elsewhere !! I had currently took my dogs to a vet where I had been working 4 hrs away , but still resided here in the area therefore was given a voucher to get my dog fixed they give you a paper asking what services you want before the time of getting your pet fixed if you want them check yes or no I clearly said no I felt she didn’t need it (full exam )and as I had been taking my other dog to the vet that was 4 hrs away so I was going to do the same for my puppy when it was time to do so if that’s where I chose to go back to if not then I would take her where I chose or where new clients are accepted, but since she had been to the vet with the previous owner I felt it was not needed ( I will continue to go to the vet I been to previously so much better service Morgantown veterinary service they gladly want to see customers nor do they nickel and dime you to death 🙂) but as this was a new dog I had just gotten haven’t had her for two months ( puppy) so the previous owner did those things at the vet she used and yet they call and tell me a week later as I was trying to set up a appointment to get another one of my pets fixed but said they basically do not want me to bring my animals back because of where I had chosen to get my services and vaccines done at the vet I was going to nor do they want my business said that I made the staff upset when clearly did nothing wrong nor did I say anything wrong the day of the services or better yet period , but when they called me prior to getting another one of my animals fixed and tell me this I was not happy very saddening and upsetting especially in a good community this should not be !! There was a reason I didn’t go before now I know I won’t EVER AGAIN !!!! MORGANTOWN VETERINARY-SERVICE is the place to go should have known even though it’s a 4 hr drive it’s well worth it to be treated with respect and to have your animals taken care of without making you feel like your a burden or that your a bad person/customer !!!

We are just visiting this part of wv. Our dog needed a vet and they got us in same day. Treated us like we have been coming for years. Took care of all my concerns. They were wonderful to my little mean dog that tried to bite. They were very thorough, I was very satisfied with our visit. Reasonable prices, compassionate staff. Thank you.
