Took my dog Shilo for his Well Check visit. First time going since the new move. Very nice! The outside and inside was very large and the set up to check in and out was also convenient. Not that much interaction with other dogs. The Veterinarian was awesome! I forget her name sorry but I think her last name started with an "N". She was very friendly, caring and answered all my concerns! Staff was very pleasant also!

Two of my dogs got in a fight last night and one of them had some pretty bad puncture wounds and I was concerned about her eye. Our regular vet was completely booked, so I started calling around, including calling the new urgent care vet in Winchester, and no one could fit us in today. I was starting to think we'd have to take her to the Emergency vet and drop significant money when someone recommended Mountainview to me. I called and explained what happened and they got us in within 2 hours of my call. As soon as we arrived they put us in an exam room so my dog didn't have to interact with any other dogs. Their facility is beautiful! Within minutes the vet tech came in to examine our dog and talk to me. He was incredibly compassionate. Only about 5 minutes later the vet came in. She was equally as compassionate and kind. They confirmed our dog's eye was ok but did a full examination and cleaning of all wounds and gave her an injection of an anti-inflammatory. They decided not to put in any drains or sutures based on the size and location of her wounds, but sent us home with an antibiotic and more anti-inflammatory medication. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes and the entire visit -- including meds -- cost less than what a typical wellness visit costs us at our regular vet! I was so impressed with them we're considering switching all of our vet care to Mountainview even though they're 55 minutes from us. I can't say enough good things about our experience!

Appointment required. The vet here is real friendly and will take your pet in the next day in emergency situations. They take great care when seeing my little dog! I appreciate all the care they take with my little fellow.
