Dr. Connie Hyler-Both and her entire team are friendly, compassionate and competent. They listen and respond. While visiting family, having traveled from another state for Christmas, two of our dogs began vomiting so often our 6-year old lab had bloody emesis and the whites of her eyes turned red. I thought she was dying!! Our 3-year old Belgian Malinois' eyes were pink tinged as was her emesis. Neither dog could keep down water or the "go-to" white rice and broth. While this vet clinic is so busy they are unable to accept new patients right now, they got us in for emergency care on Christmas EVE afternoon! Our dogs were treated promptly. Injections given and oral meds sent home for after care. I even received a follow up call on Monday morning to see how our dogs were doing. This vet deserves an award for BEST VET EVER!! My dogs are on the mend and we came home with detailed care instructions and how to get some excess weight off our lab. If I lived in the rural Nimitz area, I would get on Dr. Hyler-Both's wait list to get my dogs under her care. And Connie at the front desk and Sarah her tech and oh so many more were great with my dogs. Prayers answered and may God bless this Vet and her clinic and team.

Took my cat in for some issues he was having. When I finally got in to see the vet she barely looked at him and then yelled and I mean fully yelled at me for him having flees. I wasn't aware he had flees I moved here a couple months ago and have done several treatments since then and when I tried to explain that to her she just got more irritated and louder with me. Was not impressed
