We were visiting our kids in WV a month ago and our dogs face swelled up. We called Kirkpatrick and they got us in right away! Turns out our dog needed some dental surgery but we were leaving the following week so they went out of their way to squeeze us in before we left town! The front desk/ doctors and everyone are so friendly. We highly recommend them!

Wouldn't give my dog a percription for a med that they have gave him before intill i came in for a yearly, told them I couldn't do a visit intill I got paid in 5 days and then I could come in for the visit and i had the cash for the meds, asked them if they could give him his arthritis pain meds intill I got paid in 5 days because he couldn't walk and was screaming in pain and they wouldn't do it, I would understand if this medicine was a new percription but they gave it to him before so dont understand why they couldn't give him a 5 day percription intill I had the cash for the visit to be seen in person it's all about money here and I dont know about anyone else but I want a vet that puts my dog before a check book period.
